Shipping policy

Dispatch:
Every order is shipped either on the same day or the following business day, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Delivery:
Delivery times vary by destination. The most accurate estimate for your order is the delivery window shown at checkout next to your shipping option — it is based on actual delivery times for recent orders to your destination. You can also find current estimates for each destination on our Delivery & Tracking page.

Tracking:
After your order is shipped, an email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you. Kindly note that many carriers may not scan shipments daily at each destination, so please be patient if there aren't daily updates.
